We use a commission-based pricing model ranging from 15-25% of booking revenue, depending on the service tier. This aligns our success with yours.
What locations do you cover?
We currently have properties available in Estonia and the United Kingdom, with plans to expand to more locations.
Do you handle property maintenance?
Yes. We coordinate cleanings, maintenance, inspections, and vendor management as part of our Professional and Premium service tiers.
Can you help with multiple properties?
Yes, absolutely. We specialize in multi-property portfolio management. Our Professional and Premium tiers are designed for portfolio owners.

Estonia Business Setup
Establishing and operating a company in Estonia.
Is Estonia suitable for every business?
No. Estonia may be suitable for many international entrepreneurs, but it is not necessarily the right jurisdiction for every business. The suitability of Estonia can depend on factors such as your business model, activities, management structure, customers and where the business is actually operated. During the consultation, we can help you understand these general business and administrative considerations, but we cannot provide a legal or tax determination as to whether Estonia is the right jurisdiction for your particular circumstances.
Do I need to be an Estonian resident to have an Estonian company?
No. Non-residents can establish and operate Estonian companies, subject to applicable requirements. However, the practical and business implications can depend on your circumstances, business activities and where your company is actually managed and operated.
Does the consultation include company registration?
No. The consultation and any company-registration service are separate. The consultation is intended to provide general information and guidance about your situation and potential next steps. It does not automatically include company registration, accounting, tax, legal or other third-party services. If you decide to proceed with company registration or another service, we can explain the available options and, where appropriate, introduce you to a suitable service provider.
Can you help me with the next steps after establishing my company?
Yes. We can help you understand the practical next steps involved in operating an Estonian company and identify services that may be relevant to your business. Where specialist services are required, we may introduce you to an independent service provider from our network.
Do you provide legal or tax advice?
No. Megfur provides general business information and guidance. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, immigration or other regulated professional advice. If your situation requires specialist advice, we can help you identify or connect you with an appropriate independent professional.
